The workshop ‘Big Tech, Corporate Power and Economic Performance: Revisiting Monopoly Capitalism’ is aimed at presenting the Special Issue of the Cambridge Journal of Economics celebrating the 40 years since the publication of Keith Cowling's seminal monograph ‘Monopoly Capitalism’.
Launched 40 years after the publication of ‘Monopoly Capitalism’, the CJE’ Special Issue focuses on how monopoly continues to impact economic performance and, more specifically, on the interaction of monopoly and technological change.
